A beautiful fabric book sleeve with a cover designed to perfectly fit standard A5 books / journals plus pockets for pens, rulers and bookmarks.

This particular book sleeve was made using a blue floral cotton fabric scrap found at a scrapstore, quilted with a 10% polyester / 90% cotton wadding, and lined with a dark green cotton fabric scrap. This combination of material gives the sleeve a nice squishy but protective layer for any A5 books or journals, making it practical and stylish for storage and travel. The pockets in the cover work perfectly for storing any pens, pencils, bookmarks, or rulers. It’s finished with a vintage brown button and elastic loop to close.

Final size when flat: approx. 16cm x 25cm x 2cm

All our items are created using reclaimed materials and as such are always sustainable, vegan friendly, and unique. Designed to give the textiles a second story so they can be loved and cherished rather than destroying the planet in landfill.

Due to the nature of how we source our materials (charity shops, scrapstores, clothes swaps, donations), any textile compositions are best guesses and we strive to never work with any animal derivatives. All materials are pre-treated and washed before construction. 

Hand-wash only. Iron on a low setting. Do not tumble dry.
