Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!

Please be aware that Resewn Textiles is run as a part-time business on evenings and weekends - we will always contact you if your order is delayed for any reason.

We only support shipping across the UK. Once processed, orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or delivered locally at your convenience.

Shipping Options & Rates (UK Mainland)

  • Standard Tracked 48: 2-3 working days. Ideal for most items.
  • Express Tracked 24: Next working day (if ordered before cut-off). For faster delivery.
  • Free Shipping: Offered on orders over £50.
  • Rates: Calculated based on weight/order value. 
  • Free local delivery: Your order may be applicable for local delivery if you live within a 5 miles of our studio.

All orders receive a Royal Mail tracking number. Tracking updates are sent to your email once dispatched. 

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for addresses within 5 miles of our studio. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

The timeframe for local delivery will depend on availability and may take up to 2-5 business days. You will be emailed to arrange a convenient time.

If local delivery proves to not be possible, an alternative shipping method will need to be arranged which may incur charges.

Returns & Exchanges
Unused items can be returned within 14 days, subject to our Refund Policy.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at hello@resewntextiles.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
